This is Carin's creation. She loves 7 layer Salad and this one turned out to be a masterpiece! We are going to Grandpa Chugg's Birthday dinner tonight and have to share it. She said she could eat the whole thing by herself.
Holy cow, that is beautiful! Is this otherwise known as 7-Layer dip or is it different? I don't know that I've ever had 7-layer salad, but 7-layer dip is my favorite! Dang. Now I'm hungry.
It's different...it has lettuce, peas, red onion, celery, then the dressing which is sour cream, mayo, and sugar and then cheese and bacon bits on top...seriously I could eat the whole thing! It's YUMO! I love 7-layer dip too!!! We can be friends..hehe
